Zelya Energy advised an Energy Group on its strategy to enter the Spanish gas market. Zelya was solicited to establish a coherent and ambitious strategy aimed at helping our client to reserve the strategic capacities to support and secure its commercial development.

This strategy was, non-exhaustively, based on the following steps:
- Description and analysis of the regulatory framework ;
- Quantification and anticipation of flows and extensions of infrastructure ;
- Definition of strategic options ;
- Implementation of the business plan and proposal of an organizational structure for the new Spanish company.
Similar work has been carried out for the French market, and integrated into a global strategy.
The result allowed the planning of strategic steps and the evaluation of financing and capitalization stages.
