You are a developer or operator of a power or cogeneration plant producing electricity and heat from biomass connected to the distribution (HTA) or transportation (HTB) network of electricity.
Regulation requires you, in order for it to continue to inject and sell the electricity it produces, to submit your installation to a conformity and performance control for the connection.
You are obliged to do so on several occasions: when first commissioned, when restarted after a substantial modification or a shutdown for more than two years, during a periodic control or after a malfunction of your installation.
Concretely, you must, under your sole responsibility, issue conformity certificates for your equipment and perform electrical calculation studies. In addition, you must participate, with the network manager, in collation, testing and verification operations.
Our services
The project managers and engineers at Zelya Energy support you to facilitate the compliance and performance control of your installation, i.e. to:
- Validate the list of collations, attestations, tests, studies, verifications, surveillances, that must be carried out according to your connection (transport or distribution) and your situation (first commissioning, restarting, periodic control or after malfunction);
- Check the conformity of the electrical sizing of your production installation and obtain conformity certificates from the manufacturers;
- Carry out the studies (short circuit contribution, current harmonic emission, etc.), calculations and optional type simulations (low voltage ride through, reactive power production and consumption capacity, exceptional frequency regime resistance, etc.) required by the regulation;
- Identify, compete, verify the qualifications and supervise the verification body you have eventually chosen to carry out the collations, tests, trials and verifications.
